OBITUARY LAVINIA PARKER (nee LAVENTURE) Peacefully on November 1, 2005, Lavinia (Vinnie) Parker, former resident of the Wellesley, passed away. Predeceased by her loving husband John and her two dear sons John and Lorne. She will be sadly missed by her daughters Joyce (Kevin) and Brenda (Stan) and daughter-in-law Jane. Vinnie is also survived by many adoring grandchildren and great-grandchildren as well as numerous friends. While there will be no visitation, there will be a small reception for family and close friends on Monday, November 7, at 11 a.m, at the Mount Royal Funeral Complex (1279 Ch. de la Foret, Outremont (279-6540). A service will follow in the chapel at 1 p.m. followed by the burial. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated.
