WARD, Jacqueline (Jackie) Peacefully at the Montfort Hospital on Friday, November 18, 2005. Beloved wife of the late Dr. Nicholas Ward. Loving mother of Sarah (Michael), Robert (Leslie) and Joanna (Oscar). Doting grandmother of Thomas, Hugh, Nicola and Sarita. Jacqueline's family would like to extend their heartfelt thanks to the medical staff of the Montfort Hospital for their kind and compassionate care throughout her illness, especially Drs. Gauthier, Michaud, Schniderman and St. Jean and nurses Giselle, Yolande and Mario. Friends may visit at the Central Chapel of Hulse, Playfair & McGarry, 315 McLeod Street on Monday from 7 to 10 p.m. and Tuesday from 2 to 5 p.m. A private cremation will take place. In lieu of flowers, Jacqueline's family would graciously appreciate a donation to the Montfort Hospital Foundation. A Celebration of Life for Jackie will take place during the Christmas season.
