John PALMATER

PALMATER, John. 1926-2005. On November 21, 2005 in Dalhousie, N.B., at the age of seventy-nine years. Survived by his wife Stella (Casey) of Chateauguay, Qc. and long time companion of Violet Roy. He will be greatly missed by his children Doris (Raymond Giroux), Diana (Arthur LeFebvre), Judy (Michael Marcotte), Trudy, Ronnie (Danielle), Franklin (Debbie), Tammy and Johnny all of the Montreal area. He will also be missed by his seventeen grandchildren and nineteen great-grandchildren. After retiring as a carpenter John left Montreal and moved back to Dalhousie N.B., where he was an avid hunter and fisherman. A memorial service will take place on Wednesday, November 23, 2005 at 11 a.m. in St. Gabriel's Church, 2157 Centre St. Published in the Montreal Gazette on 11/23/2005
