CHARTER, Justina "Tina" Peacefully with family by her side on Tuesday, November 22, 2005, Tina in her 87th year. Beloved wife of the late Reginald Charter. Cherished mother of Pat (David). Grandma to four grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren. Sister to Sonny, Isabelle, Gracie and Pat. A Celebration of Tina's life will be held at Pinecrest Remembrance Chapel (2500 Baseline Rd.
