Catherine TREVIS

SLACHTA-TREVIS, Catherine. Peacefully on November 24, 2005 at Fleury Hospital at the age of seventy-eight. Cherished mother of the late John Nicholas and Gary Miles and grandmother of Nicholas Jr. She leaves to mourn her ex-husband Nick Slachta as well as many other friends and family members. As per Catherine's wish her remains will be cremated and the inurnment will take place at a later date. Funeral entrusted to Jasco Moshonas Ouimet Funeral Home.
