WALKER, Alice Margaret (Jennex). at ninety-four, Westmount, Montreal, Que., went to be with the Lord on November 25 at the Vigi Queen Elizabeth. Alice was born in Oyster Pond, Jeddore, Nova Scotia, the daughter of the late James R. and Mary (Marshall) Jennex. She moved to Montreal as a young woman and spent her life there. She was a member of Westmount Baptist Church. She worked as a caterer for many years at the Elmridge Country Club. She was a giving person and helped many in her lifetime. Alice is survived by one brother Capt. Earl (Clara) Jennex, Dartmouth, N.S., sisters-in-law Muriel (Victor) Jennex, Doreen (James) Jennex and Millie (Joe) Killen and several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her husband, Roy Walker, sisters, Marion Brown, Priscilla MacLeod, Laura Glenn, Gladys Myers; brothers, Robert, Spurgeon, Stephen, James (Sam), Victor, Joseph and Russell as well as John, Mary, Leah, Walter, Austin, and Gloria in infancy. Visitation will be from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m., at Collins Clarke MacGillivray White Funeral Home on 5610 Sherbrooke St. West, Montreal, Quebec on Monday, November 28. Funeral Service will be held at 1 p.m., Tuesday, November 29 at Westmount Baptist Church, corner of Sherbrooke and Roslyn, Rev. David Low officiating. Family flowers only.
