Myrtle Irene HUNTBACH

Myrtle Irene Boal (Huntbach) 1922-2005 Peacefully at Rideaucrest Home on November 5, 2005, in her 84th year. Mrs. Boal was the loving wife of the late Howard Boal and daughter of the late William and Viola Huntbach. Loving mother of Gloria (Ken) McNairn of Battersea, George (Marie) of Kingston. Dear grandmother of Ron (Sandra) McNairn, Jeanette Williams, Christopher, Bill and Daniel Boal. Great-grandmother of Shawn and Jessica Williams, Shanah and Matthew McNairn. She was predeceased by her parents, brothers John and Leonard, sisters Ruth (Gerald Neddow), Dorothy (Dick Loye) and her son Stephen. She was a lifetime member of Battersea Women's Institute, a member of Battersea United Church Women, and was a farmers wife until they moved to Battersea where she went to work at Fairmount Home for the Aged. Myrtle served as a Councillor in Storrington Township The Funeral was held at James Reid Funeral Home, Counter Street with Rev. Lewis Bryant officiating. Pallbearers were Brian Sands, Bill Patterson, Dennis Patterson, Bill Neddow, John Kleyngeld and Doug Neilson.
