Elwyn Bird Elwyn Bird passed away at the Veterans Health Center on Wednesday, November 30, 2005 at the age of 90. A veteran of the Second World War. Elwyn was retired from #5 in Moncton after 35 years in Construction and Engineering. Husband of the late Sylvia Bird (MacMaster). His sons survive him, Desmond and John (Patricia); and a daughter, Ashley. Visitation will be held from Fair Haven Funeral Home on Saturday, December 3, 2005 from 12p.m. to 2p.m. Funeral Service will be held from the funeral home chapel on Saturday, December 3, 2005 at 2p.m. Donations to the Alzheimer's Association would be appreciated by the family.
