Mrs. Blondine Mary Robertson (née O'Hearn) July 18, 1921 - December 01, 2005 Funeral arrangements by Atlantic Funeral Home (Halifax) ROBERTSON, Blondine Mary - It is with great sadness we, the family of Blondine Mary Robertson, Halifax, announce her passing on December 1, 2005, in QEII Health Sciences Centre. Born in Halifax, she was the daughter of the late Arthur and Annie (Drysdale) O'Hearn. She loved her family and lived life to the fullest and especially enjoyed her trips to the Valley. Blondine was very proud of her three grandsons, all of whom are members of the Halifax Police Department. She is survived by her husband of 63 years, Robert "Bob" Robertson; son, Ken (Kathy) Robertson, Halifax; grandchildren, Paul (Cindy), David (Lisa), and Gregory (Tammy); great-grandchildren, Sarah, Liam, Maddison, Kailey, and Hannah. She was a very special aunt to her many nieces and nephews. Cremation has taken place. The family will receive visitors 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Sunday, December 4, in Atlantic Funeral Home, 6552 Bayers Rd., Halifax. Funeral mass will be held 10 a.m. Monday in St. Agnes Roman Catholic Church (Mumford Road at Chebucto Road), Father Lloyd O'Neill officiating. Reception to follow in the parish hall. Burial will take place in Gate of Heaven Cemetery, Lower Sackville. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Heart and Stroke Foundation of Nova Scotia.
