Peter Carl Steibelt September 15, 1929 - January 01, 2005 Funeral arrangements by Salon Funéraire Rideau / Rideau Funeral Home Passed away on January 1, 2005 at the age of 78 after a brief illness at the Jewish General Hospital. Survived by his wife Roslyn Scott and their children Christopher (Tara) and Philip and his former wife Evelyne and their children Michael (Judy Sturgess) and Monica (Raymond). He also leaves behind his sister Eveline of Berlin, Germany and grandchildren Erika, Natalie, Martin and Melissa. Peter was the founding President of ARC (Association of Remotivation Therapists of Canada) and long time employee of Douglas hospital and advocate for patients rights. Visitation will be held on Tuesday January 4, 2005 from 6 to 9 p.m. and Wednesday, January 5, 2005 from 10 a.m. to 12p.m. followed by a funeral service at 12:00 noon in the Rideau chapel at Rideau funeral home, 4275 Sources Blvd, Dollard-des-Ormeaux, (514) 685-3344 In lieu of flowers, a memorial donation to the Tourette Syndrome Foundation of Canada, 206-194 Jarvis Street, Toronto, Ontario M5B 2B7 (1-800-361-3120) would be greatly appreciated by the family.
