Edith Cormier Edith Cormier, 83, of Kenneth E. Spencer's Memorial Home, Moncton, formerly of Broadway Street, Moncton, passed away Saturday, January 1, 2005 at the home. Born April 3, 1921 in Moncton, she was the daughter of the late Albénie and the late Delphine (LeBlanc) LeBlanc. She was a caretaker for the handicaped prior to her retirement and was a member of the Ladies Auxilliary Legion Branch #54. She is survived by a daughter, Marie-Thérèse of Moncton; a son, Roger (Annette) of Cocagne Cape; two sisters, Albertina Auffrey of Moncton, Lorraine Shea of Wisconsin and by two grandchildren, Marc and Denise. She was predeceased by brothers, Alphonse, Oscar, Valerie and Adelin. Remains resting at Frenette Funeral Home, 88 Church Street, Moncton (8581900). Visiting hours Sunday from 7 to 9 p.m., no visitation on Monday prior to the Funeral Mass. The Funeral Mass will be held at 11 a.m. Monday, January 3, 2005 at Notre-Dame-de-la-Paix Roman Catholic Church, Moncton. Interment will be in Our Lady of Calvary Cemetery, Dieppe.
