BARNARD, Leonard Bruce. Passed away peacefully on Saturday, January 1, 2005, at the age of sixty-six, after a courageous battle with Alzheimer's. Beloved husband for thirty years of Carole Barnard. Much loved father and father-in-law of David and Diane and cherished Grandpa of Amanda. Dearest brother and brother-in-law of Albert and Jeannine, Gweneth and Ronnie and loving Uncle of many nieces and nephews. A dear friend to many, Leonard was truly a remarkable person whose kindness and generosity knew no limits and who was always there for his family and friends. Resting at Collins Clarke MacGillivray White Funeral Home, 5610 Sherbrooke West, Montreal. Visitation Wednesday 7 to 9 p.m., Thursday 2 to 5 and 7 to 9 p.m. Funeral service will be held in the chapel on Friday at 2 p.m. In lieu of flowers our family would appreciate donations made in his memory to Alzheimer Society of Montreal. We will always remember your warm emotions, cherished voice and hearty laughter. Keep us strong with your continued presence by watching over us, as you did every day.
