Proud grandmother of Peter of Carleton Place, Angela (Mark) Cromlich of Indiana, Giselle (late Murray), Rodney of Toronto and Kevin of Woodstock. Dear sister of Joseph Preston Hawkins (Margaret) of Toronto and Robert Hawkins (Isabelle) of Almonte. Predeceased by her grandson Murray, her brother Currie and sister Alma Howatt. Friends may call at the ALAN R. BARKER FUNERAL HOME 19 McArthur Avenue, Carleton Place on Monday from 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. Funeral service will be held in the chapel on Tuesday at 11 a.m. with Reverend Hugh Jack officiating.
