BALLANTYNE, Rev. Gordon P. - At the Fairhaven Home, Peterborough, on Saturday January 1, 2005. Rev. Gordon Ballantyne of Lakefield in his 84th year. Gordon will be remembered for his dedicated ministry to the churches her served for over 45 years. Gordon will be fondly remembered by his wife Mabel, his family and his friends. Friends and family are invited to a funeral service celebrating Gordon's life at the Lakefield United Church, 45 Regent St., on Wednesday January 5th, 2005 at 1:30 PM. Private family interment. Rev. Warren Vollmer officiating. A reception will follow in the Church Hall. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Fairhaven Home or the Lakefield United Church as expressions of sympathy.
