TURNBULL, Charles Edward "Ted" 62 yrs. It is with great sadness that we announce the peaceful passing of a loving husband, father and grandfather, on January 4, 2005 at Windsor Regional Hospital, Metropolitan Campus, surrounded by his family. Beloved husband of 43 years to Mary (nee Ostrowercha). Loving and devoted father to Mike Turnbull and wife Lucy of Windsor. Cherished Grandpa to Michael and Courtney. Dear brother to Norman Turnbull and friend Darlene, Doris Durham and husband Charles; both of Windsor. Predeceased by parents Clarence and Marguerite, brother Robert and sister Lois Ryan. Also survived by numerous brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law and many nieces and nephews. Charles was a retired employee of Overland Western and formerly was an owner of numerous businesses in the Windsor area. Visiting at the WINDSOR CHAPEL FUNERAL HOME, 1700 Tecumseh Rd. E., on Friday January 7, 2005 from 2 to 5 and 7 to 9 p.m. Prayers Friday 7:00 p.m. Funeral Services on Saturday January 8, 2005 at 10:00 a.m. in the Chapel. Rt. Rev. Eugene Halitsky officiating. Cremation to follow. As an expression of your sympathy, memorial donations may be made to the Hospice of Windsor-Essex County. A heartfelt thank you to the Windsor Regional Hospital, Metropolitan Campus staff on the 4th and 6th floors for their care and compassion shown to Charles and his family.
