Evelyn Warrren at the Cornwall Community Hospital on Monday January 10, 2005 at the age of 77 years. Beloved wife of the late Keith Warren. Loved mother of Donna-Lynne Doyle (Robert), of Lower Sackville, Nova Scotia; Michael Warren (Joy), North Bay; and Corporal Dale Warren (Robin) of 408 Tactical Helicopter Squadron, CFB Edmonton. Sadly missed by her grandchildren Shannon Gaulton (James), Jason Doyle (Tara), Natasha Warren, and Krystle Warren; and by her great grandchildren Shayne, Hayden, and Nathaniel. Dear sister of Marion Leblanc (late Vince), Jean Price (Jack), Arnie Shane (Donalda), and Ray Shane (Jeannine), all of Cornwall. Also fondly remembered by Lorraine, Betty, Doreen, Anne, Alex, and many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her parents Ernest and Dora (McAllister) Shane; brothers Lambert, Lewis, and Eric Shane; and her infant sister Theresa Shane. Active in the community, Evelyn was involved with Blessed Sacrament Parish as a Member and Past President of the Catholic Women's League, a Eucharistic Minister, and past member of the Parish Finance Council; Manager of the Gift Shop for the Auxiliary to the Cornwall Community Hospital (McConnell Site); Auxiliary Coordinator of the JMP Level 2 for the Religious Hospitalers of St. Joseph Continuing Care Centre; and the St. Vincent de Paul Society. Resting at the Wilson Funeral Home 822 Pitt Street, Cornwall from 2 PM Thursday January 13th. The Mass of the Resurrection with Commendation and Farewell will be celebrated in Blessed Sacrament Roman Catholic Church on Friday January 14, 2005 at 11:00 AM Rite of Committal at a later date in St. Lawrence Valley Cemetery, Long Sault. Visitation Thursday 2-4 & 7-10 PM, Friday 9-10:15 AM. If so desired contributions to the Cornwall Community Hospital Auxiliary or the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated by the family. Members of the Catholic Women's League of Blessed Sacrament Parish are requested to assemble at the Wilson Funeral Home for prayers on Thursday evening at 7:00 PM. - 1/12/2005 - ID5506074
