MARIE ANNE LAFRANCE Lafrance - It is with sadness that the family of Mrs. Marie Anne Lafrance announces her passing at Extendicare Kirkland Lake on Saturday, January 8, 2005 at the age of 102 years. Marie Anne was predeceased by her parents Agnes and Antoine Duhaime; husband Leo Lafrance and son Thomas Lafrance. She is survived by her daughter Gilberte Lafrance and 4 grandchildren. The family received relatives and friends at the Monette & French Funeral Home on Tuesday, January 11, 2005 from 2:00 to 4:00 and 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. A funeral mass will be held from the Paroisse Assomption on Wednesday, January 12, 2005 at 10:00 a.m. Marie Anne will be laid to rest in the family plot of the Kirkland Lake Cemetery in the spring of 2005.
