Bertha Isabelle Seabrook (née Conrad) September 05, 1919 - January 09, 2005 Funeral arrangements by Jenkens Funeral Home Cremation and Reception Centre Mrs. Bertha Seabrook, aged 85 years, resident of Thunder Bay, passed away at home on the evening of Saturday, January 8, 2005. Born and educated in Nova Scotia, she was the daughter of the late Eva and Austin Conrad. She was first employed in Liverpool, Nova Scotia. Bertha married Eugene Clattenburg in Liverpool and they moved to Hamilton in 1946. In 1955 she married George Seabrook and they moved to Thunder Bay in 1964. She was employed with Ricki’s as a Salesperson and later became the Assistant Manager. Her main interests were baking and crafts with the church. Survived by son Alton (Margaret) of St. Thomas, Ontario; grandchildren Karen (John) Gillespie of Calgary and Kevin Clattenburg of Montreal; step-children Karen Brown of London, Ontario and Craig Armstrong of Alexandria, Ontario; step great-grandchildren Jamie, Adam and Stacey Brown all of London, Ontario. Predeceased by George Seabrook, one brother and six sisters. Memorial services for Mrs. Bertha Seabrook will be held on Thursday, January 13, 2005 at 1:00 p.m. at Knox United Church.
