CHASE, WESLEY ROBERT At home in Briggs Corner (Chipman), on Wednesday, January 12, 2005, Wesley Robert Chase, 83 years of age; son of the late Donald and Lucilla (Darrah) Chase, he is survived by his wife Barbara (Parkhill) Chase; by son Bill (Bernadette) Chase of Belledune and daughter Sharon Spencer; by brothers Allister (Doreen), Harold (Dorothy), Ray (Dianne) and Clenton (June); by sisters Evelyn Blyth, Laurel Thompson, Daisy Thompson, Donna (Weldon) Crawford and Claire (Melvin) Crawford all of Chipman; and by four grandchildren, Sheldon, Tanya, Liam and Georgia. He was predeceased by his son-in-law Wayne Spencer, by brother Lee Chase and sister Thelma Busson. Resting at the Chipman Funeral Home 339-6612 until Friday when funeral service will be held from the Chipman United Church at 2:00 p.m. with Rev. Jim Postlethwaite officiating. Spring interment in the Red Bank United Church Cemetery. The family will receive visitors at the funeral home from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. on Thursday. In lieu of flowers donations to the Chipman United Church or charity of donor's choice would be appreciated by the family.
