Doris Belle Constantine KINNEAR SETTLEMENT, NB - Doris Belle Constantine, 86, of Kinnear Settlement, passed away Friday, January 14, 2005, at Fawcett's Rest Home, Petitcodiac. Born in Elgin, on January 10, 1919, she was the daughter of the late Hamilton and Amanda (Harrison) Steeves. She was a housewife and mother, a member of First Elgin Baptist Church, as well as an avid bowler, crib and bingo player. She is survived by daughters, Reta Constantine of Kinnear Settlement, Ruth Steeves (Nat) of Fawcett Hill; sons, Gerald Steeves (Marilyn) of Kinnear Settlement, Goldwyn Constantine (Kathy) of Shawnigan Lake, BC; nine grandchildren; several great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her husband, Albert; four brothers and five sisters. She was the last surviving member of her immediate family. Resting at Armstrong's Funeral Home, Petitcodiac, with visiting hours on Sunday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9pm. The funeral will be held from Armstrong's Funeral Home, on Monday, January 17, 2005 at 2pm, Rev. L. Hicks officiating. Burial will be held in Kinnear Settlement Cemetery at a later date.
