Eric S Bulter November 14, 1961 - January 17, 2005 Funeral arrangements by Atlantic Funeral Home (Lower Sackville) BUTLER, Eric S. - 43, Middle Sackville, passed away suddenly at home Monday, January 17, 2005. Born in Halifax, he was a son of Helen (Cook) Butler, Lower Sackville, and the late Roy V. Butler. Eric was employed by the Halifax Regional School Board. He loved his carpentry workshop and valued his many friends. He was a devoted father and husband, and will be missed by all who loved him. He is survived by his wife, Joan (Archibald) Butler; sons, Christopher and Daniel, all of Middle Sackville; sisters, Dorothy Pronk, Lower Sackville; Sharon (James) Melanson, Middle Sackville; Maryellen Galpin, Dartmouth; many nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by brother, Roy J. Butler. Cremation has taken place. Visitation will be held 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Thursday in Atlantic Funeral Home, 125 Sackville Dr., Lower Sackville. Memorial service 10 a.m. Friday in St. John Vianney Church, Bishop Campbell officiating. In lieu of flowers, donations may be presented to the family
