COWAN, Lily Marie (nee Burri). 1911-2005. Peacefully at Lakeshore General Hospital on Monday, January 10, 2005. Dear wife of the late Thomas (Alec) Cowan. Loving and beloved mother of Susan (William Robert) and Peter (Jeanne). Nanny will be missed by her grandchildren Stephanie (Francois Giasson), Shannon (Gregg Tarasoff), Caroline (Luke Martyn) and Matthew (Jennifer Kido), Robert, Shasta and Ashlee Cowan and by her great-grandchildren Sarah and Audrey Giasson and Dominic Tarasoff. We will cherish forever her strong will and her devotion to family and country. Visitation will be held at Collins Clarke Funeral Home, 222 Autoroute 20 (Cartier exit 49), Pointe-Claire on Wednesday, January 12, 2005 from 7 to 9 p.m. Funeral service will be held at the funeral home on Thursday at 11 a.m. Interment at the Field of Honour.
