CARROLL, John Retired after 48 years with the Canadian National Railway Peacefully on Friday, January 14, 2005 at the age of 95, Jack Carroll, husband of the late Mona Leskie. Loving father of Michael (Mary), Allan, Douglas (Patti), and Nancy Halsall (John). Much loved grandfather of Julia, Jennifer, Andrea, Scott and Erik. Friends may call at McEvoy-Shields Funeral Home, 235 Kent Street, on Monday from 6 to 8 p.m. Funeral Mass Tuesday at 10 a.m. in Saint Patrick's Basilica. Interment Notre Dame Cemetery. Special thanks to all the staff at the Montfort Hospital and his good friend Wally. In lieu of flowers, donations may be sent to a charity of your choice.
