PENTON, Margaret Christina (nee Laidlaw) On Monday, January 17, 2005 at the age of 94 years. Loving wife of the late Stephen Penton. Beloved mother of Edward (Nancy Ann), Hugh (the late Priscilla Dee), Eleanor (the Rev. Ian Cook) and Deborah (Larry Woods). Proud grandmother of Stephen (Cassandra Mactavish), Christopher, Edward Jr., Christina, David, Hugh, Maria, Kee, Michael, Timothy and great grandmother of Anastasia Dee and Taylor Christina. Sister of the late Mary Douglas and the late Hugh Laidlaw. Special thanks to the 4th floor staff of the Queensway Carleton Hospital. Friends may visit at the Central Chapel of Hulse, Playfair & McGarry, 315 McLeod Street on Thursday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Funeral service will be held in the chapel on Friday, January 21st, 2005 at 1 p.m. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the VON or the D.S.
