John Duncan PARTINGTON

PARTINGTON, John Duncan (Jack) It is with deepest sorrow that we announce the passing of our dear father on Sunday, January 9, 2005. Dad was born on May 25, 1920, to the late Albert Rigby Partington and Lila Francis Clayton. On returning from WWII service with the RCAF, Jack married the girl next door, the late Rosalynd Virginia Barrow, with whom he shared 37 wondrous years. They were loving parents to the two of us, Graham (Marian Zwiers) and Catherine (Chris Pageau) and terrific grandparents to John, Lauren, Gregory, Claire, Evelyn and Daniel. Also left to mourn is his sister Norma (Bill Payne) of Toronto and many friends. Friends may visit at the West Chapel of Hulse, Playfair & McGarry, 150 Woodroffe Avenue at Richmond Road on Wednesday, January 12, 2005 from 7-9pm and on Thursday, January 13 from 10:30am until service time in the Chapel at 11:30am.
