PURCELL, Edward James. On January 16, 2005, in his eighty-fifth year. Beloved husband of Doris Holland. Devoted father of Edward (Pamela Fox) and Norman (Judy Langille). Darling papa of Andrea, Stephanie and Jacqueline Purcell, Kendra Gambacort and Taryn Carriere (Jeff). Also survived by his sister Muriel (Terry Rankin) and sister-in-law Ann Purcell, as well as many nieces and nephews. Special thanks to the staff of the Palliative Care Ward of the Jewish General Hospital for their kindness and care. Memorial service will be held at Crawford Park United Church, 1445 Clemenceau, Verdun, Quebec on Thursday, January 20, 2005 at 11 a.m. In lieu of flowers, a donation to Manna Verdun, The Jewish General Hospital or a charity of your choice would be greatly appreciated.
