Jacqueline Mary WARD

GONZALEZ, Jacqueline Mary nee Ward Following a long and courageous battle with cancer, passed away peacefully and comfortably in her home on Friday, January 14, 2005 at 4:45 a.m. with her family by her side. Daughter of the late Lawrence Ward and the late Yvette Asselin. Loving wife of William (Bill) Gonzalez and mother of Paul (Linda), Pauline (late Michael), Rick (Debbie), Joanna (Tony), Gale (Vern), Billy (Lara) and the late Mary. Grandmother of Amber, Amanda, Jennifer, Jessica, Kristy, Adam, Cassandra, Samantha, Jamie, April, Katrina and Jackie. Sister of her twin brother Jack, Larry, Gerry, Diane and the late Wilfred and survived by many cousins, nieces and nephews. She will be forever missed by all. Friends may visit at the McGarry Funeral Home, 139 Valley Road, Wakefield on Sunday, January 16, 2005 from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. The Funeral Mass will be held at St. Camillus Roman Catholic Church, Farrellton, Quebec on Monday, January 17, at 1 p.m. followed by a gathering at the McGarry Family Reception Centre in Wakefield. Donations can be made to the Wakefield Memorial Hospital or the Canadian Cancer Society in memory of Jacqueline Gonzalez. The family would like to thank the Cancer Clinic of the CHVO, the staff of the Wakefield Memorial Hospital and the Home Care staff at the CLSC. In addition the family would like to also like to extend a special thanks to Dr. Michelle Lajzerowicz, Dr. David Gold, and in particular nurse Lise Demers-Bertrand for her ongoing compassion, care and support.
