WEST, John. At the Grace d'Art Extended Care on Saturday January 12, 2005 at the age of sixty-nine years. Dear father of the late Nancy, George and the late Jane. He will be dearly missed by family and friends. A special thank you to the doctors, nurses and staff of the Grace d'Art Extended Care. Visiting hours are at Collins Clarke MacGillivray White Funeral Home (5610 Sherbrooke St. W.) on Tuesday January 18 and Wednesday January 19 from 2 to 5 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. Funeral service to take place at St. Peter and St. Paul Russian Orthodox Church (1151 Champlain St., Montreal) on Thursday January 20 at 1 p.m., thence to Mount Royal Cemetery for interment.
