KOUK, Sandra Doreen (nee Crump) 1963 - 2005 Peacefully surrounded by her family at the Ottawa General Hospital on Thursday, January 20, 2005 in her 42nd year. Loving wife of Gary. Cherished mother of Ryan and step-mom of Jessy and Kelly. Dear daughter of Jean Crump and sister of Marion Wright (Doug), John (Edith), Douglas (Skye), Janet Gilliland (Ron), Glen (Shelly), Cathy Cameron (Lee) and Bonnie Miner (John). Predeceased by her father Kenneth and brother David Crump. Sister-in-law of Beverley Lethbridge (Don), Bob (Carol) and Pat Allison. Sandra will be sadly missed by many nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews. Special thanks to the doctors and nurses on the 5th floor, and to Sandra's co-workers at the Royal Bank in Kemptville and North Gower. Friends may call at the Rideau Chapel of Tubman Funeral Homes, 1610 Roger Stevens Dr., Kars (East of Hwy. 416) on Monday from 1 to 3 and 6 to 9 p.m. Funeral service will be held in the chapel on Tuesday at 2 p.m. Those wishing may make memorial donations to the Ottawa Regional Cancer Centre.
