SEMPER, William (Bill). Peacefully at the Royal Victoria hospital on Thursday, January 20, 2005 at the age of sixty-eight years. A long time resident of St. Lambert. Beloved husband of Theresa. Dear father of Scot (Crystal), Wendy (Thomas), and Cindy. Loving grandfather of Christina, Jessica, Courtney, Mitchell, Jade, Dylan and Joshua.
