JONES, Lillian Mary (Marie Lilian Ouellette) Born July 19, 1916 in Petawawa, Ontario. Peacefully in her sleep on Sunday January 23, 2005 at the age of 88. Beloved daughter of Rose (nee Letarte) and Benjamin Ouellette of Ottawa. Dearly beloved wife of the late Edward Lawrence Jones of Ottawa. Loving mother of Lillian Jones, Ronald Jones, Jean Desjardins, Catherine Platt (Peter) and Richard (Ann). Dear sister of Betty McCreary (the late Ivan) of Toronto and the late Jean Rose Irene Ouellette. Fondly remembered by her grandchildren Jennifer Jones (Colin Gardner), Kymberly Jones, Eric Desjardins (Tina) and Brigitte Desjardins (Cory Jacques) and her great-granddaugher Emily Desjardins. Friends may visit at the Central Chapel of Hulse, Playfair and McGarry, 315 McLeod St. on Tuesday, January 25, 2005 from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. The funeral service will be held in the Chapel on Wednesday, January 26 at 1 p.m. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions to the Alzheimer's Society would be appreciated by the family.
