KELLY, Gordon George February 18, 1940-January 23, 2005 Peacefully, surrounded by his family in hospital, on Sunday, January 23, 2005. Loving husband of Myra (Quinn). Caring father of Alison (Etienne Quesnel) and Andrea. Proud grandfather of Joel. Predeceased by parents Alice and George Kelly, sister Ruth (Hubert Harrigan) and father-in-law Earl Quinn. Brother of Dean and Don. Fondly remembered by his mother-in-law Bessie Quinn and extended family Nona and Arnold Findlay, Elwood and Marie Quinn, Lynda and Jim Hunter, Leonard and Shirley Quinn, Betty and Alex Briscoe and Stanley and Inez Quinn. Gordon will be sadly missed by many nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews and by many friends and neighbours. He found his calling as an elementary teacher for 35 years. During semi-retirement he enjoyed driving a school bus. Special thanks to the nurses and doctors at the General Campus. Funeral Friday to Holy Trinity Anglican Church, 8140 Victoria St., Metcalfe, for Service at 1 p.m. Donations to the Children's Hospital of Eastern Ontario or the Ottawa Regional Cancer Centre would be most appreciated.
