Christena WYLIE

MINSHULL, Christena (Pat) (nee Wylie) (formerly Boyd) On Wednesday, January 26, 2005 at Niagara Arms, St. Catharines, at the age of 95 years. Predeceased by her husbands Carman Boyd, Stanley Minshull, parents Joe and Libby Wylie, brothers Cecil, Clifford and Glen and sisters Stella Carkner and Jessie Atchison. She taught school at Goulbourne Township, Ontario, Montapica, Quebec for the R.C.A.F. and St. Catharines until her retirement in 1974. During the next 19 years she co-ordinated travel and formed a large Travel Club at the Dunlop Drive Seniors in St. Catharines. Left to mourn are her son Bill, his wife Anne, grandson Kevin Boyd, granddaughter Kelly and her husband Charlie Bungard and their daughter Sydney. The family will receive friends at the HULSE & ENGLISH FUNERAL HOME & CHAPEL, 75 Church Street, St. Catharines, 905-684-6346, on Friday from 2-4 p.m. and 7-9 p.m. Funeral Service in the Chapel on Saturday, January 29, 2005 at 1 p.m. Cremation to follow, the ashes will be inurned in Metcalfe Cemetery.
