ROCKBURNE, Barbara (nee Biggs) Former Manager of The Ottawa Citizen Employees Credit Union February 16, 1940 - January 27, 2005 Passed away peacefully at her home in Woodlawn on Thursday, January 27, 2005. Beloved wife of David for 40 years. Dear mother of Heather Johnston (Jamie) of Carp and Jason at home. Loving grandmother of Stacey and Lindsey Johnston. Cousin of Ruth Armstrong of Manotick. Daughter of the late Wilbert and Blanche Biggs.
