Violet Ruth STEWART

WATSON, Violet Ruth (nee Stewart) Peacefully in Pontiac Community Hospital, Shawville, Quebec on Saturday, January 29, 2005 at the age of 97 years. Dearly beloved wife of the late William Watson. Loving mother of Verna (Harland Armitage), Gerald, Eileen (Garry Storey), Lloyd, Leonard (Cathy), Lois (Robert Smith), Freda (Ted Hoppin), and Bill. Predeceased by sons Irven and Harold and daughters Laura and Claire. Fondly remembered by her many grandchildren and great-grandchildren. The family would like to thank the doctors and nurses of the long term unit for the superb care given to Mother. Friends may call at the W.J. Hayes & Sons Funeral Home, 134 Centre Street, Shawville, Quebec on Tuesday, February 1, 2005 from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Funeral in the Chapel on Wednesday, February 2 and 2 p.m. Interment Maple Grove Cemetery.
