Sheilah Gail Robertson Leitch (née Chase) July 24, 1925 - January 22, 2005 Funeral arrangements by Atlantic Funeral Home (Halifax) LEITCH, Sheilah Gail Robertson - 79, Halifax, passed away suddenly at home, January 22, 2005. Born in Chester, Lunenburg Co., she was a daughter of the late George B. and Jane R. Chase. She is survived by her son, John (Debbie), Halifax; daughter, Elizabeth (Ben) Wegg, Calgary; grandchild, Emily Kate, Calgary; sister, Elizabeth Estabrooks, Halifax, and a number of nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her husband, John; sisters, Katie and Mona (Borgald); brothers, Angus and Ian. She was a member of United Memorial Church and was active in the UCW, Unit 5. Visitation Wednesday from 2-4, 7-9 p.m. in Atlantic Funeral Home, 6552 Bayers Rd., Halifax. Funeral service will be Thursday, January 27, at 2 p.m. in United Memorial Church, 5375 Kaye St. There will be no reception following the funeral by request. Burial will be in Fairview Lawn Cemetery. Family flowers only. Memorial donations may be made to United Memorial Church or St. Philips Anglican Church, Bayers Road.
