Mr. Anthony "Tony" William MacLellan August 03, 1941 - January 27, 2005 Funeral arrangements by V J McGilivray Funeral Homes (Glace Bay) ANTHONY WILLIAM “TONY” MACLELLAN 1941 – 2005 GLACE BAY It is with great sadness we announce the passing of Anthony William “Tony” MacLellan age 63 of 389 Reserve Street, Glace Bay passed away Thursday, January 27, 2005 at the Glace Bay Health Care Complex. Born in Glace Bay he was the son of the late Robert and Sarah (Curtis) MacLellan. Tony was employed with Devco retiring after several years of service. He will be sadly missed by his wife, Jeannette (Lynk), stepdaughters, Myrtle Cole, Deborah (Gary) Treige, stepsons, Fred (Mary) Boutilier, Hughie (Elizabeth) Boutilier, Johnnie (Thea) Boutilier – all of Ontario, foster son, Greg Aucoin (Maggie), Reserve, brothers, Patrick, Angus – Glace Bay, sisters, Agnes (Wayne) Campbell, Mary MacLellan – Glace Bay, Rose (Richard) Burgess, Main a Dieu, Elizabeth Pickup, Reserve Mines, also a number of step grandchildren and nieces and nephews. Besides his parents, he was predeceased by brother, John, sister, Margaret and nephew, Bobby, step son-in-law, Nicholas Cole. Visitation for Mr. MacLellan will be held Monday at 2 p.m. until the time of service. A funeral service will be held Monday at 3:30 in V.J. McGillivray Funeral Home Chapel, 16 Reserve Street, Glace Bay. Fr. John Graham will be officiating. Interment will be held at St. Anthony’s Cemetery at a later date. In lieu of flowers, donations in Tony’s memory may be made to the Children’s Wish Foundation. Condolences to the MacLellan family may be sent to vjmcgillivray.com
