DEIR, CLARE Peacefully, at the Kingston General Hospital on Friday, February 4, 2005 in her 85th year. Clare MacMartin, beloved wife of the late Ted Deir. Fondly remembered by her children John Deir (Carole), Kathy Johnston (John) and Theresa Yates ( Chris). Predeceased by one son Robbie. Cherished grandmother of Jennifer, Tom, Mark, Sarah, David, Cheryl and Patrick. Great grandmother of Alexis, Kali, Gabrielle, Wesley and Taylor. Predeceased by two brothers Joe and Gerry MacMartin. The family wi ll receive friends at the Tompkins Funeral Home, 63 Garden Street, Gananoque on Sunday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial will be held from St. John the Evangelist Church on Monday, February 7 at 11:00 a.m. Rite of Committal St. John's Ce metery. As expressions of sympathy, donations made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or to the St. John's Restoration Fund would be appreciated by the family. Prayers will be held in the funeral home on Sunday afternoon at 1:45.
