Gilbert Louis Joseph GIRARD

GIRARD, Gilbert Louis Joseph (Gil) Dec. 4, 1939 - Jan. 20, 2005 With sadness, we announce the passing of Gil, at his home in Edinburg, Texas at the age of 65. Gil spent 34 years with the Canadian Air Force before he retired in 1992. He was a member o f the Canadian Legion, Branch 560 in Kingston. Gil was diagnosed with ALS in 2003. He is survived by his wife Marty (nee Hallman); sons Kevin and Wade and daughter Dara; 2 grandchildren; 2 sisters and 3 brothers and their families. Cremation has take n place and there will be a celebration of his life at the St. James Legion, 1755 Portage Ave., Winnipeg, Manitoba on 23 April 2005 at 1pm.
