Cora Bernice INGLIS

Cora Bernice Donaven (née Inglis) September 04, 1911 - February 01, 2005 It is with great sadness that the family announces the passing of Cora at Idlewyld Manor on Sunday, January 30, 2005 in her 94th year. Beloved wife of the late Roy (1985). Loving mother of Audrey (Don) Merritt and grandmother to Jeff (Connie) Merritt, and Julie (Jim) Freund. She got great pleasure from her great-granddaughters, Amy, Erica, Samantha, Lindsay, and Dana. Predeceased by her brother George (Marion) Inglis, brothers-in-law Clark, Harold (Barney), and Murray Donaven. Survived by sisters-in-law Isabel (Clifford) Densmore, Lola, and Joyce Donaven and many nieces, nephews, great and great-great nieces and nephews. Cora was a member of Erskine Presbyterian Church for over sixty years. Thanks to the Mildred Gehman Auxiliary for all their kindness. Special appreciation to Irene Mesce who was friend, companion and support giver to Audrey as well as Cora. Thanks to the staff at Christopher Court, Burlington and Idlewyld Manor for all their TLC. At Cora's request cremation has taken place. Visitation will take place at the KITCHING,STEEPE & LUDWIG FUNERAL HOME, 146 Mill St. N., Waterdown on Saturday, February 5, 2005 from 10 a.m. until the time of the Service of Remembrance at 12 noon.
