PHILLIPS, MATILDA "TILLIE" The passing of Tillie Phillips occurred Wednesday, February 2nd at Pine Grove Nursing Home, formerly of 160 St. Mary's Street, Fredericton, New Brunswick. She was in her 90th year, the daughter of the late George R. and Isabel (Blair) Bailey and wife of the late Raymond Phillips. Mrs. Phillips was retired from York Manor Nursing Home. She is survived by one son George Phillips (Lorna Robertson) of Ontario, daughter Judy Ragan of British Columbia, son Richard Phillips (Bonnie) of Fredericton, daughter-in-law Yvonne Phillips, 6 grandchildren; Lisa (Richard), Trudy (Wayne), Linda (Dean), Tammy (Brent), Jaret (Karen) and Gavin (Krista) and 8 great-grandchildren. In addition to her husband, she was predeceased by brothers Ralph and Donald and infant daughter Linda. Visitation will be held at York Funeral Home, 302 Brookside Drive, Fredericton, NB, Thursday, 7 to 9 pm and private service to be held on Friday.
