Cherry GILBERT

BEHMER, CHERRY The death of Cherry Behmer, of McKnight St, in Fredericton, occurred at the Dr. Everett Chalmers Regional Hospital on the 4th of February, 2005. Born in Douglas, N.B., in 1918, Cherry was the daughter of the late Harold and Annie (McAdam) Gilbert. Cherry resided in Nevada for most of her adult life, returning to Fredericton in 1998. Cherry is survived by a granddaughter, Tina Behmer, Edmonton, A.B., and two brothers, Stanley (Loretta) Gilbert, Glendale, California: and Henry (Mary) Gilbert, Fredericton. She was predeceased by two sons, Samuel Behmer and Thomas Behmer, and two brothers, Winslow Gilbert and Thomas Gilbert. A memorial service will be held at York Funeral Home's T.Gordon MacLeod Memorial Chapel, 302 Brookside Dr, Fredericton on Sunday, February 6th at 2 PM with Rev Ralph Irving officiating.
