FAIRES, Esther Dorothy (nee Baissie), Born February 18, 1926 to Minnie (Klaat) and John Baissie at Westbourne, Manitoba. As well as her parents, she was predeceased by her husband Stanley Joseph Faires. She is survived by her sisters Alice Clifford of Victoria, B.C. and Grace Lillies of Swan River, Manitoba as well as many nieces and nephews. Esther had been a resident at Pleasant Manor in Virgil since September of 1999 and recently transferred to Heritage Place (the nursing care wing of the sa me establishment). She received excellent care from all the staff and Dr. David Reimer and we extend our thanks and appreciation to them all for their patience and loving care. Esther passed away peacefully at Heritage Place on January 4th, 2005. The re will be a Funeral Service in the Chapel at Pleasant Manor, Virgil on Friday, January 7th at 10:30 a.m. Interment will follow at Victoria Lawn Cemetery, St. Catharines. - 1/6/2005 - ID5481285
