CHALMERS, John (Jack), Peacefully, on Sunday, January 16, 2005 in his 78th year. Beloved husband of Mary for 49 years. Loving father of James and Jackie. Grandfather of Andrew and Melissa. Dear brother-in-law of Merilyn Chalmers. Also survived by se veral nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his brother James (Jeannette) and William. Jack's family will receive relatives and friends at the GEORGE DARTE FUNERAL CHAPEL, 585 Carlton St., St. Catharines on Monday from 7-9 p.m. and Tuesday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Funeral Service will be held on Wednesday, January 19, 2005 at 11:00 a.m. in St. George's Homer Anglican Church. Interment, Victoria Lawn Cemetery. Memorial remembrances made to the Shaver Hospital Rehabilitation, Canadian Cancer Society or St. George's Homer Anglican Church would be appreciated by the family.
