FORD, Sabrina Christine, Our beautiful, precious daughter was suddenly taken from us on Sunday, January 2nd in her 25th year. Sabrina will be forever loved and missed by her parents Brian and Margaret. Also left to mourn are her Grandma Mettler and Grandma Ford, her aunts and uncles: Sister Mary Mettler, Joan Sim (Greg Hall), Bob (Dolly) Mettler, Jim (Darlene) Mettler, Anne-Marie Curtis and her many cousins and friends. Sabrina was a passionate environmentalist with a great enthusiasm for dance (ballet, jazz and tap), swimming, hiking, skiing and all outdoor activities. She was known affectionately by her many friends as "Sabs". In accordance with Sabrina's wishes cremation has taken place. The family will receive visitors at the GEORGE DA RTE FUNERAL CHAPEL, 585 Carlton Street, St. Catharines on Friday, January 7th from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. A Funeral Liturgy without Mass will be celebrated in the Funeral Home Chapel on Saturday, January 8th at 1 p.m. Donations in Sabrina's memory to the D avid Suzuki Foundation, in lieu of flowers, would be appreciated by the family.
