Mr. Arthur Roy Poulter December 15, 1919 - February 07, 2005 Funeral arrangements by Bowman Funeral Home POULTER: Arthur Roy, of Chatham passed away peacefully on Monday, February 7, 2005 at Residence on the Thames in his 86th year. Husband of the late Evelyn Grace Poulter (2002) for more than 63 years. Father of Brian (Sandra) Poulter of Shawnee, Kansas and Kae (Alan) Bull of Mitchell's Bay. Roy will be missed by six grandchildren and nine great grandchildren. Roy owned businesses in Wheatley and Wallaceburg before becomeing an autitor with the Ontario government. His father Arthur Poulter was Sheriff of Kent County in the 50's. The family will recieve friends and relatives on Wednesday, February 9, 2005 from 7-9 p.m. at the Bowman Funeral Home, 4 Victoria Ave, (352-2390).
