MARR, MARY CATHERINE (THOMAS) - Mary Catherine (Thomas) Marr of Gondola Point passed away at St. Joseph's Hospital on February 15th, 2005 after a lingering illness at the age of 82. She was the daughter of the late Phillip and Jennie (Blades) Thomas of East Saint John, NB. She was predeceased by her husband Cecil Lawrence Marr on January 21st, 2005. She is survived by her son; Cecil Phillip (Doris) Marr, Balmerton Ont., daughters; Joyann Lillian (Gordon) Thorne, Carol Diane (Dave) Curtis, Sandra Jean (David) Donovan, and Jeanette Mary (Murray) Gray. Ten grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren, three sisters; Viola (Donald) Durley, Phyllis (Walter) Peterson, and Shirley (Frank) Wright, predeceased by brothers, William, George, and John Thomas. Arrangements are under the professional care of Fundy Funeral Home, 230 Westmorland Rd. Saint John, NB. With visitations on Wednesday February 16th, 2005, from 1:00 pm until service time at 2:30pm from the Fundy "Chapel".
