He is survived by his wife Irene(Lenfesty) Chaykowski and family. A visitation will be held on Sunday, February 20, 2005 from 3:00 -5:00 p.m., at the Evergreen Funeral Chapel, 16204 Fort Road, Edmonton, where a funeral service will follow on Monday, February 21, 2005 at 2:00 p.m., at the Evergreen Chapel.
