Gordon Frederick COSMAN

COSMAN, GORDON FREDERICK The death of Gordon Frederick Cosman, husband of Beverly (Getchell) Cosman of Fredericton, occurred on February 25th, 2005 at the Dr Everett Chalmers Regional Hospital. Born in Woodstock, NB, Gordon was a son of the late Frederick McLean Cosman and Ada Jane (Croxten) Cosman. Gordon was the manager at Speedy Propane, he was affiliated with the Corbett Avenue and Olivet Wesleyan Churches and was an avid gardener. Gordon is survived by his wife, one son, Timothy Roger Cosman; two daughters, Kathryn Jane Cosman, and Karen Dawn (Dave) Hardy; five grandchildren; Mark Cosman, Jennifer Hardy, Meaghan Hardy, Samantha Hardy and Lacie Hardy; one stepgrandchild Natasha Arbeau; one sister, Marjorie Alma Grant, and several nieces and nephews. Visitation will take place at York Funeral Home, 302 Brookside Drive, Fredericton, NB on Saturday from 2-4 and 7-9. The Funeral Service will be held at the Corbett Avenue Wesleyan Church on Sunday, February 27, 2005 at 2:00 pm with Rev. Peter Thomas officiating and Dr. Tom Ward assisting. Interment will be held in the Olivet Wesleyan Church Cemetery at a later date. For those who wish, remembrances to the Corbett Avenue Wesleyan Church or to a charity of the donor's choice would be appreciated by the family.
