Frances Marie McPhee (née Roode) April 25, 1921 - February 24, 2005 Funeral arrangements by Atlantic Funeral Home (Dartmouth) McPHEE, Frances Marie - Arborstone Enhanced Care, Halifax, passed away peacefully on Thursday, February 24, 2005, in the home. Born April 25, 1921, in Truro, she was a daughter of the late Emphiam and Minnie (Crowe) Roode. She was a long-time employee of Moirs in Dartmouth. She was the last surviving member of her immediate family. Frances will be lovingly remembered and is survived by daughters, Cathy Sneath, Dartmouth; Judy (Allen) McMaster, Porters Lake; sons, Terry (Wendy), Dartmouth; Donnie (Irene), Jack, all of Moncton; Keith (Anna), Eastern Passage; several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews; special family friend, Doreen. She was predeceased by her husband, Guy; daughters, Faye, Paulette. Arrangements have been entrusted to Atlantic Funeral Home, 771 Main St., Dartmouth, where the family will receive friends from 7-9 p.m. Sunday and where the funeral service will be held 11 a.m. Monday. Interment in Dartmouth Memorial Gardens. Reception to follow in Atlantic Funeral Home Family Reception Centre. Family flowers only.
